Q. How do I check you are available to shoot my wedding?
A. To check we are available just message us or click on the live availability checker on this page, or send us a request on our booking form.
Q. Can you work at my hotel?
A. We are independent. We can work at almost any hotel or wedding venue in Cyprus. If you need us to clarify this, just send us a message to check.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we are fully insured. to see the documentation, click on the link in the footer of this website. Additionally, we are fully insured to transport customers using our vehicles.
Q. Do I need to pay a booking fee?
A. A small non-refundable booking reservation fee is required to secure us for your wedding day.
Q. What if the prices go up?
A. We honor the price quoted at the time of booking, so booking in advance may save you money.
Q. Do I get proper paperwork?
A. Yes, as a professional business we provide contracts, sales orders, invoices, and receipts.
Q. Can we speak to you, when are your offices open?
A. Yes, we have a member of staff in our office during normal office hours, even while the photographer and videographers are out shooting!
Q. When is the final balance payable?
A. The remainder of your balance is due 90 days before your wedding day.
Q. Can you turn around everything before we leave Cyprus?
A. We provide high quality, bespoke, once in a lifetime service, that will last you generations. We respect you, and your wedding photography & videography. For us, speed is not the name of the game. Instead, we make the effort, and take the time, and have the processes to ensure your wedding videography, photographs & albums are the very best they can be. We don’t cut corners.
Q. Where will my USB, albums, and prints be shipped from?
A. Products are dispatched from our office in Cyprus, once they have passed our very stringent quality controls.
Q. Can you help us decide which package works for our wedding day timings?
A. Yes, of course, drop us a line and have a chat with us, we will be delighted to discuss your wedding with you.
Q. Tell me about backups?
A. We have invested in multiple layers of backups. We have on-site, offsite and secondary offsite backups. As a responsible business, we have set processes in place that ensure that from shoot to delivery and beyond, your precious photographs are backed up. For video, the scale of the files is enormous, so we only commit to backing up finished files for a year after delivery.
